Bitskins is a leading online marketplace that provides gamers with a secure platform to buy and sell virtual items for CS2. Since its launch in 2015, Bitskins has served millions of satisfied customers, prioritizing security, reliability, and a seamless trading experience.
Goals
The objective of this project was to identify usability challenges within the platform through in-depth research and implement a redesign focused on improving product discovery and increasing conversion rates.

Outcome
Through extensive research and the audit process, I identified key usability issues and proposed targeted solutions, along with additional features and enhanced functionalities. Some of the most significant improvements included:

↘  Restructured product thumbnails for better visibility
↘  A completely redesigned user profile
↘  Simplified product filtering
↘  A new inventory system
↘  A reorganized product page for improved navigation

The new design was met with highly positive feedback from the community and the platform’s most active sellers. Early data shows an increase in conversion rates and a growing number of active users.
