Client
Diverse is one of Poland’s leading apparel brands. Since 1993, it has been catering to the unique needs of active individuals and those who prioritize comfort, quality, and style.

Goals
The objective of this project was to reposition Diverse in the market, shifting its perception from a casual/sportswear brand to one aligned with fashion-forward retailers like Zara. This strategic shift aimed to attract a new target audience while maintaining existing customer loyalty. The client sought to enhance brand perception and, ultimately, improve conversion rates.

Role & Process
I led the design for this project, managing the entire process from initial client workshops to overseeing development.

Outcome
We delivered a refined, minimalist design that aligned with the project's goals while ensuring a sense of familiarity for existing customers. User interviews and surveys conducted during and after the design process yielded highly positive feedback. While conversion rate improvements are yet to be measured, as the new store has just launched, initial user reception has been promising.
