Client
Focus Garden is an online store born out of a passion for gardening and outdoor living. It offers a wide range of products tailored to both dedicated gardening enthusiasts and those looking to create a relaxing outdoor space.

Goals
The primary objective of this project was to modernize the store’s outdated design, aligning it with the new branding while identifying and resolving various UX issues. A key challenge was restructuring the disorganized category and product hierarchy, as well as simplifying the purchasing process for customizable products—an area where analytical data indicated significant user drop-off.

Role & Process
I led the design for this project, managing the entire process from initial client workshops to overseeing development. Here's how the process looked like:

Outcome
The refreshed design was successfully aligned with the new branding, incorporating updated colors and typography. The improved category structure and streamlined customization process—along with the introduction of product bundles—helped reduce bounce rates. These enhancements, combined with a modernized look and feel, contributed to increased conversion rates.
