Client
ANSWEAR.com is the first Polish multi-brand online store. The store offers clothes, shoes, and accessories from the world’s biggest fashion brands. Success in the Polish market prompted the brand to quickly expand to other CEE markets.
Goals
The project's size and complexity set a high bar from the start. Designing the information architecture and user flows posed challenges, including intuitive navigation, product filtering, and clear product cards. The main focus, however, was the checkout process, which took nearly half of the design time.
Role & Process
As a Senior UX/UI Designer on this project, I was responsible for creating functional and visually appealing designs, collaborating with a Junior Designer who assisted with specific tasks.

Outcome
Within three months of the app’s launch in respective app stores, 40% of the company’s customers switched to this new channel from their previous preferred option—using the website on mobile and desktop browsers. The average value of the shopping cart in the app is over 25% higher than on the mobile website and nearly 10% than on the desktop website.
